Finca Biniagual Natural Olives
The pickled Mallorcan olives by Finca Biniagual have a certain spicyness which is very typical for the way olives are served in Mallorca. They are a perfect addition for tapas, but you can also enjoy them solo.
The variety of our pickled olives is Manzanilla - contrary to the variety we use for our olive oil. Manzanilla is a perfect variety for this purpose due to its size and crunchy pulp. We care for the trees very carefully and full of respect for nature and harvest the olives by hand. Then they are marinated and filled in jars after a couple of months.
