Memòries de Biniagual Blanc 2019 – Prensal Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat d’Alexandrie. In the nose, flavours of lime and lemon skin with a flowery touch. The palate savours a persisting freshness with a clean and well-balanced acidity in the mouth and citric notes in the end.
Memóries de Biniagual Rosat 2019 – Manto Negro, Syrah. In the nose, fresh and fruity, with orange zest, melon and a hint of peach and apricot. On the palate, fresh, light and dry, a fruity, yet slim body with blood orange and pink grapefruit in the end.
Finca Biniagual Negre 2017 – Manto Negro, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot. Fresh and intense flavours - this wine combines the mature fruityness of black currants and blackberries with a slight peppery spicyness. On the palate, this wine has a good consistency and medium body, fruity with present tannins, well integrated acidity and is very persistent.
