Memòries de Biniagual Negre 2019
We complete our Memòries de Biniagual trilogy by presenting a new red wine. A perfect balance between tank and French oak barrerls, which pairs excellently with cold meats, white meats or sem-cured cheeses.
With its ruby red colour, it has an aroma of fresh red fruit of medium-high intensity, with cherry and red currant standing out. The entry on the palate is equally fruity. medium-bodied and smooth tannins. The acidity is lively and well integrated into the wine. On the finish, a subtle hint of strawberry can be perceived.
Composed of 52% Mantonegro, 32% Syrah and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon. Our new wine has been fermenting for 12 months, 70% of which has been in tank and 30% of this time in French oak barrels.
