Afrutado al entrar en boca. Taninos redondos y pulidos al paladar. Acidez viva, indicativo de su larga vida y frescor. Toque de pimienta al final.
Appearance: Ruby red of medium intensity.
Olfactory: Intense black cherry and plum fruit. Subtle hints of tobacco, liquorice and hazelnut.
Palate: Fruity on the palate. Round and polished tannins on the palate. Lively acidity, indicative of its long life and freshness. A touch of pepper on the finish.
Pairing: Beef, pork tenderloin, Iberian assortment, cured cheeses.
Harvest September 2020. Handpicked in 12 kg cases, double selection in the vineyard and in the winery. Fermentation for 20 days in a stainless-steel tank.
Fermentation and Ageing: 12 Months 100% in oal barrels.
