- Food pairing: Barbecue, steak, red meat.
Harvest: September 2018. Handpicked in 12 kg cases, double selection in the vineyard and in the winery. Fermentation for 20 days in a stainless-steel tank.
Fermentation and ageing: 12 Months - 100% in oak barrels.
