This oil is liquid gold we obtain from our olive trees at Finca Biniagual. Producing our own oil, we continue a tradition that dates back to times of the Moors, who already planted olive trees on these lands.

The hand-picked Arbequina olives we grow at the Finca Biniagual are pressed in cold the same day they are harvested. Thus the Oli Finca Biniagual's acidity is extremely low. Pressing one kilo of olives, we only obtain around 120ml of extra virgin oil.
