BINIAGUAL HOSTED THE “MICROVERMADA” EVENT ON 15,16,17,18 AND 19 SEPTEMBERTHEATRE AND GRAPE HARVEST IN BINIAGUAL

On the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19yh September Finca Bianigual hosted the "Microvermada" event organised bu the company "Myotragus Teatre" directed by Lluís Valenciano.

The "Microvermada“ consisted of a total of four plays that were performed in different parts of the Finca Biniagual. All the plays had something to do with wine, the town of Binisalem and the grape harvest. There were a total of three comic plays and one dramatic.

The chosen venues were: the Vinoteca, where the play "Sopar de Carrosses" was performed, in which a couple argues because their private life is involved in strange orgies organised by the Company to encourage cooperation and companionship among the workers.

House 15 was the setting you the play "L’absència de Sara", which portrays a pitiful man who tells how his partner has left him and how he is torn between leaving her forever and begging her to come back to his side.

The Magnolia Garden, witnessed an argument between a wine seller and a customer. The seller, who specialises in selling wine by litre, was unable to understand the customer’s purchase, who only wanted to buy half a litre of wine.

Finally, the chruch was the chosen stage for the only dram to be perfomed. "El Talp" told the story of a man persecuted by Francisco Franco’s dictotorship after the Spanish civil war. Because of his trade unionist ideals he had to live hidden inside wine barrels like a mole, so as not to suffer the smae fate as his captured comrades.

The event was a complete success. Tickets were sold out a few days after it was announced. To ensure the safety of all attendees, bubble groups were formed and a circuit was organised so that everyone could see al the plays. These ones were accompanied by a selection of tapas anada tasing of Finca Biniagual wines.
