Memóries de Biniagual Rosat '20
Full of character and charm, this is how some define our extremely pale Memòries de Biniagual Rosat. The character results from the Manto Negro grape, the main variety used for this wine, together with a 20% of Syrah, which gives this wine more density and makes it a perfectly gastronomic wins. Its charm undoubtedly is due to the provenance from this beautiful Island of Mallorca. Also for those who are not rosé-fans.
Fruity and fresh, you can smell the zest of Mallorcan oranges, grenadine and strawberries. On the palate, this mallorcan rosé wine is fresh, light and dry, fruity yet slim with an aftertaste of orange and grenadine.
For our rosé wine, we select the Manto Negro's and Syrah's palest berries - altogether, in the Manto Negro vineyard, we harvest at least five times every year in order to pick the different qualities for our different wines. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes of 10-12 kg. In the cellar, the grapes are, once again, selected by hand and macerated cold in carbonic atmosphere for 16 hours. After initial sediment clearing the wine is fermented and aged on its lees for 3 months in 4600-litre stainless steel tanks. After this process, the wine is bottled.
