Finca Biniagual Negre 2018
Approachable and smooth, yet bold - Finca Biniagual Negre is a well-balanced wine that goes perfectly with different foods. But very enjoyable also on its own!
Fruity and intense flavours - this wine combines the mature fruityness of blueberries and blackberries with a slight peppery spicyness and a light smoky touch. On the palate, this wine has a well constituted medium body, with present tannins and peppery aftertaste. A very persistent wine.
Harvested by hand in small boxes with a capacity of 12 kg, the grapes are selected manually and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks which hold between 4600 and 8850 litres. The maceration takes an average of 20 to 25 days. For the malolactic fermentation, we use stainless steel and concrete tanks.
Aging: 12 months in medium toasted french oak barrels, of which 50% are new and 50% second use.
